Si conozco a alguien, el trabajo llegará a mí a través de un almuerzo, una partida de golf, una conversación telefónica, una visita clandestina… incluso sin salir de mi casa. Los amigos y familiares se protegen libremente, y funciona. Lo he presenciado e incluso he sido parte de ello. ¡Sucede como por arte de magia! ¿Y la protección una vez dentro de la compañía? Una vez dentro, no hay salida. Con eso lo digo todo.

El favoritismo y el nepotismo realmente funcionan. La política interna y externa se encarga de ello. Los establecimientos religiosos también son parte de esta mafia organizada. ¿Qué importan los títulos académicos y la experiencia máxima? A la hora de la verdad, el favoritismo y el nepotismo son los que te abren las puertas. ¿A quién tratamos de engañar? Lo he dicho.
